My tech was very nice and respectful she was able to draw blood enough for only 2 tubes, but we needed a third one. So she had already stuck my twice so she went and got some help. The other staff she got was a young hispanic lady that had a very nasty attitude to begin with, and she had the nerve to tell me that she couldn't find my veins because of my stretch marks!!! HELLO this is not appropriate bedside manner. She was out of line and didn't seem bothered by her comment. She even felt so comfortable forcing onto me to go to Quest since no one could get the blood. I am a registered nurse ofcourse lk l am a hardstick and l didn't mind being stuck again. Another staff member came and was able to find a vein just fine. She clearly needs a lot of training. The physician and my tech were every good.

I travel to Africa for safaris and Dr. Liss provides me with necessary vaccinations, preventative medications, documentation, and medical advice. He's very personable, knowledgable, and attentive to detail. I recommend him very highly.

My only disappointment is that I came in and the front desk people were all taking care of other customers so I was standing around under the impression that someone will say next but nobody said anything so I walked to the counter and expressed my disappointment. The lady said oh iam sorry I thought you were just standing there. That was weird.
