I forgot to catch her name, but she is working right now as I write this, so hopefully that narrows it down. She was easily one of the most pleasant and helpful receptionists who I have spoken to. Nothing seemed rushed, and she was perfectly happy to help me, rather than sounding annoyed. It makes me happy I chose this place, and I will be recommending to my friends this location for their vision needs. I will update this after my vision appointment as well!

He is both excellent at, and willing to, explain every procedure in layman's terms so that you as a patient feel like a partner with him in the course of your care. The vision correction I experienced was outstanding, and the ONLY reason I will be seeking care elsewhere is due to changes in my insurance coverage. Thank you Dr. John for a wonderful eye care experience...you will be a tough act to follow!
