You have to laugh....how can i best describe this place and try to be fair....it's like the "pep boys" of podiatry, bit of a conveyor belt. I had a corn removed...only missed the corn once, a band aid fixed the bleeding....they will always offer you a list of crap with every appointment (brace, crutches, sandpaper, corn plasters....cigarettes - the last one is a joke). The MA offered me the purchase of a brick sized temu scrub pad so i could rub the corn down myself at home....how am i supposed to fit it between my toes...(blank expression). More recently my daughter had a fracture....first appointment was good....did an x-ray, sold us a brace. Second appointment bit of a joke...made us do all the forms again, podiatrist really didn't have a clue what was going on....articulated her ankle, daughter responded "that not where the fracture is"....the response was "but they are all connected" (very mystical) we were peeing ourselves laughing (wife is a medical professional). Then they sold us an ankle brace (can you spot the trend?). So in summary 1) we cant be bothered to keep records so fill the forms out each time then we will just wing the diagnosis and treatment 2) we evidently make most of our money from slinging CVS items 3) getting you to make follow-up appointments is central to our mission (see point 1, rinse and repeat). It will be a cold day in Tuscon before i schedule surgery here.
Hmmm...are all these reviews real....i think i'll do some digging, generate some graphs. challenge accepted.

Was a patient for approx 2 years, with fairly regular ankle/foot pain. My left ankle finally started to look “collapsed,” I was placed in a boot, told to get an MRI that would need approval, given no instruction on said MRI until I called back to see if I was approved and could schedule it and was told I could have scheduled the day of my last appt., 2 total months in the boot, zero improvement in status of ankle or pain. After the MRI I was told there was nothing major wrong (the appearance that something was very wrong was pointed out by multiple people who are not medical professionals), I chose to get a second opinion and immediately after a couple X-Rays was told my talus bone was out of place. I could have had surgery to repair this 3 years ago had it been caught, and saved a lot of money for all of the braces etc that were given. Please seek other opinions for major issues; ingrown toenail, stress fractures etc recovered fine when diagnosed but a major issue was missed that is very visible to an untrained eye on the MRI, and I no longer trust the care in this facility.
