- SGsusan gaineyFeb 1, 20233.0My contact lenses are difficult to fit due to an medical condition. Dr. Nathan was able to fit my lenses in late 2021, for which I am grateful. However, we recently moved out of Frederick and I needed to get a copy of that contact lens prescription for my new optometrist in Montgomery County. It took four phone calls over a week for Dr. Nathan’s staff to email me the prescription. Be aware that the FTC law and Maryland state law require optical prescribers to provide every patient a copy of their prescription At THE TIME they are successfully fitted and to have the patient sign a verification of such. Dr. Nathan’s office failed to do either of these.
