All I needed to know was what my copay was the last visit I was in and and they really refused to go in the system and in my chart per my request. I will never return here. Express care in forest hill can have my business instead. I was transfered on the phone without being told I was being transferred too and the lady just goes how can I help you? With no prior knowledge of my call and I wasnt about to go into details about it all again. This place was very rude and treated me awful. And their response to me saying they were very unhelpful was "okay" she was glad she didn't help me and it made me sick to my stomach. I already feel like I'm dying right now and they didn't care at all I really need to be seen and needed to know my copay.
