- MHM HSep 7, 20255.0If you need hospice for a loved one, Hooper House is the most home-like and caring environment. While my mom was only there for a short time, she was regularly bathed, checked in upon hourly if not more frequently, and the staff was in constant contact. The rooms are more like a room in your own home with a couch and other furniture. They have a dining room that has snacks and drinks for families and friends. My mom’s room had a balcony with a view to the forest.

Their customer service is better than any healthcare facility I have had any dealings with and I was in hospital administration for decades. My father spent the end of his life here, and he thanked me for finding this facility. I only hope that when my time comes I find a place which approaches this level of care. I would recommend the Hooper House to any family in need of hospice services.
