She is extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate very easy to talk to and accessible. I couldn’t have asked for a better replacement for Dr. Mahapatra. The office staff is wonderful, Amber has been there for years and she’s fantastic The call center employees are great too. I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences since the transition and highly recommend them.

- SSStanNov 23, 20213.0Doctor Karen Mcfaul-Glover is amazing she listens and doesn't try to rush you out like other doctors. That being said I had to take two stars away for the horribly rude and lazy women that work up front answering the phones especially one of them I'm not sure of her name she has a lot of ear piercings . They act like your doing something wrong for calling and don't relay messages to the doctors . It just doesn't make the experience very welcoming .
