- MGMatt GriffithJul 23, 20251.0I arrived at 7:45pm with a HS student from a sporting event to the Easton location. The Youngman had a laceration to his eyebrow that required stitches. His mom has a disability and is unable to take him places for treatment. We were told by the front desk that we could not be seen because they were getting ready to close in 10-12 minutes and there was already a couple patients in rooms. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was met by Judy Lankford who was the nurse practitioner on duty. She reinforced that they would not treat him since they were getting ready to close and suggested I go to Cambridge or Queenstown. She was even rude and abrupt with her explanation and when I asked for a business card to call to report this behavior, I was given the card to the Easton office and she said call us and walked away. I am appalled that staying a little longer to take care of a patient isn't a priority. We arrived at the Cambridge ER a little after 8pm and were finally released at 4:30am. I sure hope the staff in Easton had a relaxing night and got out of work on time.
