The secretary that checked me out named Tamny was very kind and asked if I needed anything else, and took care of me during check out after my medical appointment. The staff is excellent and greets you with a smile.

Then, you have to wait for your new patient paperwork to be “reviewed” at the office’ leisure and only then are THEY supposed to call you to set up an appointment which you are advised might be another week, but then surprise to no one, they still don’t call you to schedule anything anyway. Their Policy/Procedures > Your Health If you have a loved one that you don’t want to watch suffer in agony with concerning symptoms FOR WEEKS and you tell them this, don’t even try to go here. Just take the drive to Johns Hopkins, where you will receive actual help from people who actually care. Thanks for doing absolutely nothing for my family.

I was nervous about my procedure and I was put at ease by the calming nurse I had getting me ready the moment I walked through the back doors. The entire staff at this point was so amazing, including the doctor and I cannot say enough good things about them. As far as the front desk and staff prior I can only give them 4 stars. The whole process felt a bit colder and it had me worried. The communication is somewhat of a breakdown but once I started using my online portal with the nurse it was easier and the communication improved 100%. I would definitely recommend this practice.
