They Slightly helped my cousin's severe carpal tunnel syndrome but seems to be refusing to give her a work note. After leaving several messages and being advised that the hand specialist had to write the note. She's been unable to work since May 7 th 2025. Any assistance in this matter would be great. Otherwise we love my cousin's team, Dr Karen and staff and look forward to future appointments to solve this issue.

I'm a combat veteran, paratrooper of us army second Infantry divsion korea.100 percent disabled. I.just got a call from the financial billing office, Mr Bainer. I have a balance of $51.00. I'm on a fixed income. I asked if they can break the payments down. He said no they need money today, your going to collections this Friday. You're tone on the phone and collections over $51.00 is so petty. This is what it's all about in America $$. SFC. Rogers US Army ret 11B Second Infantry Division

Unqualified doctors who like to take their patients to court for a ridiculously small balance after not receiving any documentation that we owed something else.Granted our insurance companies changed but this place is far from professional. We spent 5 mins with a doctor who didn’t diagnose my daughter correctly which could have lead to more of an injury. Knowing many families in this area from sports and school, I’ll make sure to let them know about our experience. Don’t underestimate the importance of word-of-mouth!

I had double foot surgery back in June 132025. Three days I went back to Dr. Albrecht and he changed my gauze. My third toe was bleeding quite a bit. He asked me if I was on blood thinners which I am not on. I told him that I was not on blood thinners. I wondered to myself if he put enough stitches in that toe. I have had foot surgery before to correct bunions and to fix a broken toe and I have never had any issues. Two weeks after the surgery, I had my stitches removed and I complained about pain my third toe on right foot and how it was swelling more. Dr Albrecht said that I should not have pain and did not seem concerned about me being in pain. Also I told Dr. Albrecht that the pharmacy did not fill the prescription correctly and didn't give me enough medicine from the prescription that he originally wrote. Despite the pharmacy calling Dr. Albrecht to write another prescription to fill another prescription, he refused to do so. He also told me to take Advil or Tylenol. I had to call my primary care doctor and she in turn called him to write another prescription. Finally he authorized more medicine. He said in a sarcastic manner that he won't be authorizing anymore than 14 pills However, he wrote the script originally for 28 pills and I only received 14 out of those 28 pills originally. When I went back 11 days after surgery to have stitches removed. I complained again about swelling in my third toe on right foot. Dr. Albrecht said that it should not still be hurting. He hurried up to remove stitches and my husband had to reward my feet due to an attitude from Dr. Albrecht because he just left the room like he was angry with me. I was very disappointed in being treated that way. Approximately two an half weeks later, I call the of office back and told Dr. Albrecht's office that he left a stitch in my third toe and it was hurting an swelling up more. Instead od accommodating me to come in right away to have the stitch removed. They told me to soak the toe to see I'd stitch will loosen up?? Then they said that since you are coming in Tuesday we will take stitch out then. I ended up going to ER to have stitch removed because the toe was oozing and swelled up to the size of a Vienna sausage. Er doctor said that it was a good thing I came in because I had an infection. The Er put me on heavy antibiotics. I called doctor back several times on Monday but no one called me back. Finally on Tuesday someone called because I canceled my appointment. Due to this experience, I will seek follow up care elsewhere.
