  I was a patient of PP Easton and needed to receive a medical abortion. My in-office visit was pleasant but not spectacular. The wait was long when brought back to the actual room services would be provided in. Staff were okay but seemed to be in a rush. The environment was not reassuring or nurturing. The problem I have mainly with this office is their customer service. I had to call numerous times trying to get them to send my lab work to a third party site after they failed to do so on their own. I had to escalate to the manager my problems and the manager was not compassionate to my problems. She advised I could "wait until the 5 week mark to take an at home pregnancy test or come back to Easton" to get my lab work done. I had to convince her to be a good patient advocate for me and to call the lab to try and sort out what the problem was. She agreed to call the lab after I began to try discussing partial reimbursement for the services since services were not being fulfilled. I had to provide her two phone numbers to call for the lab although Planned Parenthood is the one who provided me the paperwork on the lab in the first place. The phone number they provided me was not the correct one and I had to get the correct office number by physically going to the lab and receiving the phone number off their business card. The manager informed me she faxed the orders herself and that should solve the problem. When I went to get my lab work done 2 hours later, I still had problems. Planned Parenthood of Easton was faxing a hyperlink, not my actual orders, to the lab. Luckily, I had dug in my MyChart to find the orders that were uploaded online and was able to convince a manager at the lab to accept it via email from my phone. I never received guidance from the manager or other employees at Planned Parenthood of Easton that these orders were uploaded to my MyChart. I notified the manager of the problem I had when I went back to the lab to get my lab work done and have yet to hear back from her. No apologies for continued mistakes, no accountability from their office. Ultimately, if the employees at Planned Parenthood of Easton were familiar with their policies and lab centers, they would have known I needed my orders to be faxed to the lab I was planning to use. There was an in-depth conversation with both providers the day the medication was administered to me of which office I would be going to for follow up blood work. They should have faxed over the orders in a timely fashion to ensure when the one week deadline came for me to get my blood work done, I would not run into any issues. If the employees at Planned Parenthood knew that my orders were sent to MyChart, why would they not notify me that I could print them out and take them to the lab? Not a single employee, including the manager, told me that this was an option. Not a single employee apologized for the inconvenience that their office caused me. There was no accountability and no flexibility from the manager for any of the issues and barely any solutions offered. As a customer and patient of Planned Parenthood, it should not have been my responsibility to work so hard to be able to get this blood work done. My spouse and I paid $500 for these services to be done while I healed and to add this unnecessary stress to the patient is a terrible practice. I will be sending a formal complaint to Planned Parenthood Headquarters and to Planned Parenthood of Easton. I will be requesting corrective action on the employees involved as well as financial compensation for the unjust treatment and lack of services fulfilled from Planned Parenthood of Easton. I do not recommend Planned Parenthood of Easton.

  I’ve been to this location a few times... staff is very friendly. Clean atmosphere, make you feel comfortable. Never a long wait...I will recommend this place to family and friends!

  This place is so nice. It's a little hard to find it's more like behind the carwash kinda. That's actually a good thing though because who wants everyone to see you going to PP? I'm sure some patients would have privacy concerns.

  I love my PP! Have been going here for about 4 years now. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and attentive.
