Dr Andrew Frei was amazing, caring and took time to help me understand and provide options. The RNs Savanna W was amazing, absolutely caring as Im a hard stick. They made me feel heard and cated for. From checking in to the Triage everyone was just absolutely caring, Thoughtful, and very polite. Ty team, even the janitor was helpful when I needed a nurse! 10/03/2025 3am Easton has come a long way, from the hospital I remember 15 yrs ago, I'd like to say ty and it hasnt gone unnoticed & deeply appreciated especially for a different patient with so much going on, I feel cared about and that matters. Sincerely, sadly a frequent patient who's only suggestion is frequent patient points earn a hot chocolate :D (ya gotta laugh to get through some things) Anyway thank you so very much. Bravo

On 8/22/25 I went into the emergency room around 9pm and only one person ahead of me. I went because I was having pain and discomfort in the lady region. I thought I had another Bartholin cyst as I’ve had these same symptoms before and had came here to get it drained. I was lead back to a bed around 10:45pm, then NO ONE came in to check on me or anything until 1:45AM. And I mean not a single soul. When two people did come in, they didn’t introduce themselves. While I was describing the problem I was cut off and wasn’t able to elaborate. The male barely touched the area and didn’t even bother to look and had the audacity to tell me “Nothing is wrong.” The two then decided they were going to test for yeast infection. I had to self administer a swab then a half hour later I was told the wrong test was ordered and had to self administer another swab. Those results I didn’t get back for another hour and to be then told it was negative and was handed discharge papers and that was at 3:30am. Nothing for pain or discomfort. No recommendations. Just nothing. I was flabbergasted. Never coming back here again.

Going with a boy 2 year and 6 month with a high fever , and is al a couple days so . They tell me not busy , just bring him in . We were there before 6 pm until after 9pm I was intending going home . They let us in . This is not oke. For emergency on a two year old boy with a high fever had to wait more than 3 hours THAT IS NOT OK.One you are in more waiting, the boy didn’t eat much that day. In the end 2am we left the ER without release paper or anything.

This place has been fantastic. We're from out of town and our toddler had a bad fall and needed a check up on her mouth injury. They triaged her immediately and have been very kind and professional the whole time. And helped reassure us two anxious parents. (Our kiddo's fine; it looked worse than it really is.)
