- JRJennifer RosicaJul 21, 20251.0I was here on Friday 7/18/25 and was very disappointed in the treatment I recieved. I have a bowel disease and asked for the bathroom and no one cared to show me. I finally left the waiting room and found a bathroom on my own. My doctor wrote a script for one test and and a technician decided I needed another test and demanded I call my primary care doctor and have him fax the script. His office closes at 12 on Fridays. And she's not my doctor. I was told to wait an hour and a half for this second test because as she rudely told me "I didnt have a script or an appointment" for the second test. RIGHT. BECAUSE MY DOCTOR DIDN'T ORDER IT. I do not know why I couldn't come back another day? Why was I being held hostage and treated so rudely after the test my doctor did order was complete and I should have been free to go? I finally left on my own accord because the whole experience was a nightmare.

When I got the results, further testing was required. Ultrasound, Breast MRI and another Ultrasound. The technician read the test immediately, & the Doctor was there to discuss results and options. I've never met a more caring, competent and knowledgeable staff. Everything went as smoothly as ever, from walking into the door, checking in, signing paperwork to being taken back by the nurse so I could get ready for my tests. I highly recommend this facility.

I had an answer the same day because they did all the testing there, and had a radiologist look at my reports before the Dr. came in and told me the results. I highly recommend this place.
