Yesterday was my turn with the dreaded sickness that has seem to have taken the entire Eastern Shore down. There was an over three hour wait and you can tell the staff has been through it dealing with all of our whinny and sick dazzling personalities shuffling through the door. I watched the entire staff do everything they could to help every person, keep everyone organized and the lines moving. Stellar customer service! I do apologize with my foggy and congested head I have forgotten the two ladies names up front who made the entire experience so much easier! I hope not to see you soon, no offense but just wanted to say you are all very appreciated! I hope people are kinder to you all!

They listened to every symptom and did the needed tests without me needing to request. Shout out to Judy, Leah, Ginger, Kendall and Alecia who all genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs there and it shows in the work as no one wants to be at a emergency room they keep it a comfortable and friendly place. THANKS! Will be back but hopefully not any time soon 😉
