Drove an hour for an appointment to be told I didn't have one and they couldn't get me in until October. Girls at front desk were not nice and took a call while in middle of talking to me. Attached photos of the apt I made on their website.

I scheduled another exam with Dr. Ricker and he performed a good and professional exam and got my prescription right (the Walmart optometrist had previously screwed that up). If you're around Cumberland-Frostburg, this is the place to go.

We were told prior to going there it was the greatest place around.. I'll definitely feel better spending my hard earned money elsewhere. Somewhere that speaks to others with decency. And does not cut them off while explaining something. Ps not the dr or the manager they are awesome people. But the face of the facility aka the front desk.. people answering the telephone. Just turns people from a business. No matter how great the end result it.
