Please do not come to this place. I had a problem with a receptionist. I arrived before the 10-minute window before you lose your spot line (I did this online) The receptionist, because she was doing other things, told me I had lost my spot. I was okay with that, but then more than an hour passed, and another receptionist told me I was still waiting. I said yes, it had been more than an hour. I asked how long you can lose your spot line. She said 10 minutes, so why did I lose mine? The receptionist who had helped me came and started yelling at me in front of everyone. It made my daughter nervous and cry. I told her not to yell at me and asked who the supervisor was. The supervisor pretended not to hear anything. I didn't hear her yelling, but the receptionist kept arguing with her colleague and pretending not to hear her. I was even more upset. This place is extremely racist. I do not recommend it. It made me and my 3-year-old daughter cry. We had to go to another urgent care clinic.

I am not well yet as that will take a while but I was very pleased with the medical care I received at the facility and from Dr Fuselier. She was very attentive and took the time to listen to what is going on and then explained her recommendations. Also, I needed an xray and it is very convenient that they have one onsite. The xray was “read” by a specialist in a very short amount of time and the doctor herself called me with the results. Highly recommend the facility

Doctor saw me for five minutes at 11/29/2025. He didn’t take a look inside of my nose before give prescription. He didn’t give me antibiotics because I have a diabete but he can give antibiotics for people who has diabete and can take it. I had lot of headache, can’t sleep at night well and hurt at inside of nose. It is hard to focus on my full time job but he just gave prescription spray to spray inside of my nose. Sinus congestion is not better if I don’t take antibiotic medicine. I found out that I don’t take quinolone antibiotic then I will be okay. It is not first time that I felt doctor is not doing their jobs professional at this urgent care. It is not worth pay $40 to see a doctor for 5 mins. I felt no one care about patient in this urgent care. They were only care about them. Receiptionist, nurse and doctor. I waited one hour for nothing. I will tell my friends and family not go to this urgent care. They don’t treat you professionally and you paid $40 for nothing. It is really waste the money for nothing. I want to report doctor to consumer complaint center for their unprofessional jobs. Don’t go to this urgent care center and go to other urgent care if you want to get better. I understand now why they have 3.1 stars for their ratings.
