2hrs and 30 mins wasted to not even be seen. If you don’t have the capacity to be an urgent care then don’t provide those services and make people wait so long for all that send them to patient first or urgent care who can see them. Never coming back here again!

If you need labs done, go somewhere else. The lab tech was possibly one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Bed side manner was nonexistent, she was rude, blasting music through her AirPods and rolled her eyes at me and said “I really don’t care” when I asked what arm she wanted to draw from. She did not once look for an accessible vein before shoving a straight needle in and obviously when the Vacutainer vial didn’t pull blood, she fished in my arm until it did. She was incredibly rude and when I emailed her supervisor, radio silence so I’m here to warn others. You’ll be treated like trash for services you pay for when visiting this location for labs.

I used to receive excellent care here, but after this week’s experience, I will not be returning. I came in for a routine UTI — something I’ve experienced before — and was seen by Dr. Hope. She had no bedside manner whatsoever, dismissed my questions about the medication and my medical history, and seemed more focused on rushing me out than providing proper care. The antibiotics prescribed were incorrect for my infection, which caused my symptoms to worsen and new ones to develop.
When I returned two days later seeking help, my urine sample was *mislabeled* and I was given someone else’s cup — a clear HIPAA violation that I, not the staff, discovered. No one acknowledged or apologized for the mistake. Unfortunately, I saw Dr. Hope again, and her demeanor was the same: curt, dismissive, and unprofessional. She ignored several of the symptoms I repeatedly mentioned and failed to document them in my chart before abruptly referring me to the ER, without even a simple “hope you feel better.”
This experience was unacceptable. Between the lack of compassion, the errors, and the clear disregard for patient care and privacy, I will not be returning.

Would you like me to make a slightly shorter or more formal version (for something like Google or Yelp)?

We showed up at 545pm on a Sunday and were turned away by Dr. Stewart and their medical team. They told us they take their last patient 15 min before close. Extremely unfortunate as we had an out-of-country au pair who needed medical attention. Not the care and attention I expect from a University of Maryland facility when we made it in during end of business hours as described.

This was the best urgent care experience I've ever had! We were in and out, got all the imaging we needed and great follow up care. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
