- ESElizabeth Shaw4 days ago1.0Waiting in the phone for the 2nd time for over 10 minutes just to make an appointment. There use to be a way to make appointments online. Please bring that back. Attempted to make an appointment through messages in my chart and they just told us to call. My husband has had 3 different primary care doctors at this point and they keep retiring or leaving the practice. They can’t keep doctors which is a sign things aren’t run well. So unbelievably frustrating just trying to refill his blood pressure medication and they won’t refill without an appointment and now we’re at 14 minutes waiting on hold still while I wrote this. So unbelievable.
