However, the front desk experience was unacceptable and needs immediate training or replacement. While taking my employer information, the front desk staff were laughing and entered the wrong employer on my consent form, even though I had provided the correct form and code. When I pointed out the mistake, they were dismissive and insisted it was the information I had given them, even though I could see the correct details printed on their desk. When I tried to clarify, they cut me off and told me to sit down, offering no further communication or confirmation that the issue had been fixed. Later, I was given paperwork showing an unfamiliar employer address, which reinforced my concern that the issue hadn’t been properly corrected. When I asked again for confirmation, they repeated that it came from my form and told me I was being “so rude.” Thankfully, the manager stepped in, reviewed the situation privately, and helped correct it. While I believe everything is now in order, the lack of professionalism and accountability from the front desk left me uncertain that my results will be sent to the right employer. If I need to take another test, I would likely choose a different location.
