- FCFrank ChetelatJun 25, 20255.0Wednesday June 18 & Sunday June 15, 2025 Dr. Goodman and Suzanne Steele, PA Kim, MA Kristen, RT As with most of us, the only time the welcoming staff at Urgent Care see us is when we are at a point in our life/health that is not the best. We all try to take a sick day, get over whatever ailment we have with rest but sometimes that does not work and as with a recent stomach bug my wife had over a Sat/Sun, one’s normal doctor is not always around so I and my wife just wanted to say how grateful we are for Urgent Care, the staff, and the foresight of whoever decided to stand up the Urgent Care on Kent Island. Before, we who live on Kent Island might have had to go to Patient First in Annapolis and they do a great job as well but just having somewhere like Urgent Care on Kent Island and with what seems like an ever growing population and presence of the U of MD medical system on the mid and Eastern Shore- this makes great sense and I really do appreciate it. My wife and I would like to thank Dr. Goodman, Suzanne Steele, Kim, MA, Kristen, RT for their compassion, understanding and help in our time of need. I know we all have different experiences in these srts of situations but our appointments went very well, the wait was minimal if any given we visited both on a Sunday morning and Wed mid-day so I do understand wait times may have been more at other times/days of the week or with an increased patient load but as for our experience- it went great and just wanted to share with the staff and others. If any Urgent Care or U of Md. Med system leaders are reading this, call the ladies I listed above and thank them for what they do for all of us and the reputation of your org.
