Hit or miss especially if you use GoodRx. Older man with white beard tried to convince me that my prescription was already submitted under GoodRx when my Coupon showed a much lower price ($60 less) and cut me off when I was trying to explain. Not a good customer service experience .

Went today to pick up a prescription for a family member and initially thought I was lucky because there was no line. Then I was told that they would not be able to fill the prescription because their system was down and they did not know when it would be back up. This medication is extremely important for his condition and I'm pretty shocked that a pharmacy has no back up plan.

The pharmacist there (Andrea) is awesome - will take the time to discuss issues with you and get back to you if necessary. She remembered me from 4 months ago. She also helped my husband with an issue and always has a friendly smile for him when he’s there. Wonderful customer service as opposed to some other local pharmacies.

Very pleased with their service. Left another pharmacy because they were taking too long (over a week) to fill a prescription. Safeway did it right away. Safeway's staff also took the time to explain how I could get different medications cheaper by using coupons?cheaper than my insurance).
