    My wait time was a quite long but manage to get my DOT physical completed but they forgot to administer my TB shot on my first initial appointment which I had to make another appointment which have allowed me to wait an additional 2 days to get my results read from my TB shot. It was of the inconvenience of the staff to administer the shot the same day as my physical it was overlooked which is not acceptable. Luckily my results were completed prior starting my new job.

    I’ve been coming to concentra for my entire driving career and it’s always a long wait or just a lot of traffic. Usually making the visit a chore. But today I want to specifically shout out Olivia for making my visit stress free and enjoyable. She was very nice and professional. Got me in and out and back to work in a timely fashion. Always smiled and was very informative when asked questions. I appreciate her help and bedside manner.

    Ms. Olivia was more than helpful toady, went the extra step to accommodate me on my vision an hearing testing,she deserves a promotion.she’s a very hard worker! Imo

    Customer Service was excellent, I was seen in a timely manner & my certification paperwork was completed & signed off on within 24hrs. Thank You so much, I was able to start my new job ASAP.
