  Came to this place for a simple physical and some testing(hearing, sight, drug screen) for a job on a Tuesday, the staff was very nice and helpful BUT I had an appointment at 1pm , arrived 20 minutes(12:40) early and still did not get pulled back until after 2 o'clock, had some testing done which took maybe 30-45 min, then was sent back in the waiting room to wait another 2.5 hours until I got called back, then another 20 before I saw the provider for a 10 minute exam... I did not leave this place until after 6pm! I was there for 5.5 hours! I don't blame the staff but poor planning on whoever part by only having one physician on for the day, which is what I was told. I also don't think it's fair I came in with an appointment and walk ins were being seen before me. Hire more people or don't schedule so many appointments in one day

  Went to this location for a drug test for my new employer. The staff was pleasant, but my urine sample was mixed up with another person. I have called the MRO department that this location used and they just brushed me off. I then asked to speak with a manager and they denied me. The fact that I have never failed a drug test in my life, is so crazy. And the fact that this facility is not trying to take ownership of there mistake is crazy!!!! Please make sure you watch everything at this facility. It might be safer to go somewhere else for your drug test.

  I was very nervous. I went there not knowing what to expect because this is life changing. My nurse saw t he nervous tension and she just took the time to talk to me. By the time she was finished her portion of the exam, I was cool calm and collected. I have raved about her since I left the appointment. Everyone there were nice and professional.

  When I first walked in, I was greeted warmly and informed that someone would be with me shortly. I was then introduced to a friendly patient representative at the front desk, who guided me through the process. This made me feel valued and appreciated, as the company seemed organized and structured. After a brief wait, I was called by a physical therapist who made me feel at ease. The comfort I felt was indescribable. The doctor who examined me was thorough and efficient, ensuring that the process was quick.

  Very poor service. They called myslef and another gentleman back to do our urine drug screening, told us to be seated and 30 mins went by before I got up and asked why I haven't been seen yet. They thought we already tried and couldn't go at the time and was waiting to do another test. The staff was talking loud and walking back and forth with no acknowledgement. Then when they finally called me to do the test, I was rushed because they were about to start their daily huddle.. I will never go back there again and I thought it would be a good experience like when I first went there years ago when they first opened. Totally different experience. Ghetto now!!
