I have been a long time customer of this pharmacy and I have to say that the service has really gone down. The wait time is awful and the pharmacist ( is rude and not very helpful. Ms. Gale is great and always very helpful and so is Kimberly and Angela. I think this might be my last time using this pharmacy.

When I first started going to this pharmacy, there was a different pharmacist there and I had great service.
This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced.. I am pursuing everything at this point. I have been treated very poorly as a customer!!! There is a personal vendetta going on. Period.
One of my prescriptions was mailed out and charged without my authorization!!!!!!!
I have so many bad things I can say about this Safeway pharmacy, but I’ll stop here because I am pursuing things .

My wife and I are unfortunately frequent customers, but despite the super busy times or seeing a toxic/disgruntled customer in front of us, we always get treated with courtesy and politeness! It is reassuring and very relieving when my wife has to pickup meds herself since she is in a wheelchair (whole leg amputee). I have yet to meet an unpleasant employee in 4 years of living here! Most of the time wait times are 15-30 mins and usually no hassle at all.
