- MSMya ShamDec 29, 20251.0One of the ladies at the front desk is rude and incompetent. If you don’t want to help people, don’t work at a hospital.
- NRNatalia RichardsonNov 22, 20251.0I was there for 5 hours and would’ve been there longer if I didn’t leave. The nurses forgot about me on multiple occasions. Nobody came to unhook me from my iv bag which resulted in my blood leaking back into the tube (which is not supposed to happen). When i decided to leave the same nurse came in to remove my iv needle but was on the phone with DoorDash trying to direct them where to bring her food. The same gloves she used to take out the needle were the same gloves she was holding her phone with. She didn’t even put the bandage on in the right spot because she wasn’t paying attention.

- SWSeriah WyattSep 25, 20255.0Hi I was nervous to come here based on reviews and my only con is that I got here at 7:30 and it is 10:34 and unfortunately I am still here. But the good news is the staff has really made me feel so comfortable because I am scared of hospitals. From the young lady who took down my information on where to send my bill to 😂 she carried an excellent conversation with me and made me feel calmer. To the first male nurse that came in and validated my feelings and took my blood pressure and said we love to see these numbers, and finally to the provider who came in extremely welcoming held and played with my baby boy in here! ❤️❤️🫶🏽😭 I am not out of the hospital yet unfortunately but at least they are making the stay somewhat cozy and comfortable while im here thank you Bowie Update: Today is the next day. I was there until 12:34 so not too bad and again the staff really did amazing making me feel comfortable. Fortunately nothing was wrong with me ❤️❤️❤️❤️. But now I know im in good hands should something come up again. Note to self form your own opinions before thinking badly about these reviews
