  I was there for 5 hours and would’ve been there longer if I didn’t leave. The nurses forgot about me on multiple occasions. Nobody came to unhook me from my iv bag which resulted in my blood leaking back into the tube (which is not supposed to happen). When i decided to leave the same nurse came in to remove my iv needle but was on the phone with DoorDash trying to direct them where to bring her food. The same gloves she used to take out the needle were the same gloves she was holding her phone with. She didn’t even put the bandage on in the right spot because she wasn’t paying attention.

  Reviews are bad but I’m impressed. Checked in at 10:08, was treated and discharged at 12:05, only 2 hours, and it was fairly crowded. Not as bad at all

  Hi I was nervous to come here based on reviews and my only con is that I got here at 7:30 and it is 10:34 and unfortunately I am still here. But the good news is the staff has really made me feel so comfortable because I am scared of hospitals. From the young lady who took down my information on where to send my bill to 😂 she carried an excellent conversation with me and made me feel calmer. To the first male nurse that came in and validated my feelings and took my blood pressure and said we love to see these numbers, and finally to the provider who came in extremely welcoming held and played with my baby boy in here! ❤️❤️🫶🏽😭 I am not out of the hospital yet unfortunately but at least they are making the stay somewhat cozy and comfortable while im here thank you Bowie Update: Today is the next day. I was there until 12:34 so not too bad and again the staff really did amazing making me feel comfortable. Fortunately nothing was wrong with me ❤️❤️❤️❤️. But now I know im in good hands should something come up again. Note to self form your own opinions before thinking badly about these reviews

  Have zero complaints. My experience has been fast and easy. The most I've been there is 4 hours and that's it.

  Absolutely terrible experience. The wait time in itself was horrendous. I was bleeding from a deep cut in my hand and it took the staff at least 3 hours to see me. Then another 2 hours for the doctor to even begin treating me. It was past midnight and barely anyone there. The worst part was the doctor. Dr. Shruti Kamat did not know how to do sutures. She had me change positions about 5 times because she could not do the suture. She did simple sutures, which was not a good suture type for the size and shape of the cut on my hand. she did so poorly, when I went in for suture removal half the wound was more elevated than the rest of my skin and the would was still open. I had to get my stitches re-done by my dermatologist who had to re-excise the correct margins and stitch my skin in a way that would heal well. On top of that Dr. Shruti Kamat was talking about how dermatologist can’t do stitches as well as her….well. Absolutely terrible experience and I never recommend it to anyone. You would be better off drive further for better service.
