- MBMary Ann BernaldOct 9, 20251.0At my second appointment at this facility, the Dr recommended custom orthotics (end of July). Estimated completion was 4-6 weeks. I called at week 7 and was told there were delays due to summer holidays. Called October 6 and receptionist said he would check and call me back. No call. Called again on October 9 and found that the order was not placed until October 6. This level of incompetence is troubling. No apology and no discount for their failure to place a simple order. Find another provider.

Dr. Ross was kind and funny, and explained my issues and treatment options to me carefully. He is definitely in the right profession! His staff were lovely too. The rooms were clean, and everything ran on time. The only problem I had was that I initially couldn't find the office (it's in the basement, and this is more of a comment on my terrible sense of direction than anything else). Would definitely go back if I have more foot issues in the future!

Dr. Ross was bluntly unkind, did not strive to understand my concerns about the treatment plan and to put it simply, pretty much kicked me out of his office. While I understand that everybody has those days, and while I might honestly not be the easiest patient(∞ questions), doctors should not treat patients in this way.
