As leading Bethesda podiatrists, Dr. Paul Ross, Dr. Olivia Hammond, and Dr. Michael Matthews have helped over 180,000 patients with their foot and ankle conditions at The Podiatry Center. Our Bethesda podiatrists offer advanced treatment options for a variety of foot and ankle conditions using shockwave therapy, diagnostic ultrasound, stem cell therapy, custom orthotics, and more.
At my second appointment at this facility, the Dr recommended custom orthotics (end of July). Estimated completion was 4-6 weeks. I called at week 7 and was told there were delays due to summer holidays. Called October 6 and receptionist said he would check and call me back. No call. Called again on October 9 and found that the order was not placed until October 6. This level of incompetence is troubling. No apology and no discount for their failure to place a simple order.
