The front desk has also been really helpful and approachable. Glad to have this as part of my weekly routine! By the way, I am a mom in my 30s, and I find SoulCycle approachable for a wide age range and can be tailored to your fitness level wherever you’re at—you control the resistance and your experience on the bike…the instructor is there to just make it fun! The only feedback I have is that I sometimes find it hard to understand the instructor because the audio feels a little muffled, but this might just be me!

After doing indoor cycling for a few years, COVID put all of the studios I used to frequent out of business. I was devastated until I moved to this area and found my new home at SoulCycle Bethesda. The staff are always kind and the instructors are excellent. Each instructor has their own vibe but they're all very motivating and skilled. The studio is always very clean, and the staff do an excellent job quickly cleaning bikes between classes.
