Then there is Kringle, the emotional support dog. I have seen him go to someone who cries out and comfort them as they are going through their therapy. They know what they are doing and also make it personal. They listen to you and your concerns. They keep it light and fun. PT usually means physical torture, but not here. they help and keep you going. My frozen shoulder is much, much better. Will and Charles are the best. I have not had Catherine, but I have seen her work and she seems sweet and knowledgeable. Then there is Mike who helps out. Quiet but sweet. If you need PT, go see these people! You will not be disappointed.
