  Dr Levin is wonderful, however, I can never get ahold of anyone in the office. It has happened on three different occasions that it takes me calling, leaving numerous voicemails and messaging on the portal to finally get an answer about something as simple as medication dosage. One time I had to take off of work to go in person to finally get an answer. This time it has been 2 weeks of countless communication attempts and still no answer.

  I have been a patient year for almost 3 years. Dr Bhavsar was great and then when he left I started seeing Dr Ono. She is wonderful. The whole office is great. From the friendly staff at the front desk to the Doctors and Medical Assistants. While the wait time for a new patient appointment can be a few months, it is well worth the wait. Don't let the negative reviews fool you or deter you from scheduling an appointment here. I attempted to schedule at the Aberdeen office and their staff was rude and questioned where I lived before I could even make an appointment. Made me feel like I was unwanted in their office.

  Knowledgeable staff but questionable billing. Doctor recommended educational session here, cost estimate was about $300. Seemed expensive, but decided to follow doctor’s recommendation. Had the session, about an hour. It was a little meandering and chit-chatty, took more time than we really needed because of that, but it was fine. Got the bill and it was almost $700. What not one single person in the office told me is that they count a session as 1/2 hour, so by having me there for an hour, they were able to charge me for two separate sessions. If anyone had bothered to tell me, I would not have let the session go so long or been so meandering- there was definitely not an hour’s worth of information relayed. When I called to get an explanation, I got the normal “not our problem/fault, call your insurance.” Feel very duped.
