- AKazza mohamed khairJan 23, 20255.0We moved to Bel Air last year and I had to find a new breast specialist. This week was my first appointment. I saw nurse practitioner Rosanna Dinh and I had the best experience with her. She was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, very compassionate and took the time to explain everything to me in details. She made me feel like I was the only patient she had. She also gave me great advice and encouraged me. I would definitely recommend her. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall I had a wonderful experience at the breast center and I am glad I will be following up there.
- JTJeana TalbotSep 26, 20231.0Backstory: lumpecctomy December 2021. Chemo winter of 22. Radiation spring of 22. Anastrozole and Verzenio started fall of22. I have had a variety of health concerns and they have all been addressed with the same answer 'Go get a mammogram ' or my personal favorite 'your last mammogram was clear ,Great news, but I was calling about joint pain. Most recently I called for some help with pain associated with the scar from the lumpectomy. That request for help was answered with 'go to the emergency room. Today,Tuesday, the Oncology Nurse Navigator called to tell me that I needed a mammogram before I could be seen, at my appointment, on Friday. The appointment that I scheduled months ago. When the unfortunate event occurs wherin I need help from them they are dismissive and condescending. I would recommend anywhere else. Literally, any where else.
