Nice ER. Would be nice if they had a screen with patient names that shows an estimated wait time. It beats sitting here 5 hours and wondering why no one has called your name. This is a general comment. I did not wait 5 hours.

After five hours in the waiting room starting at 1am on a Tuesday, got a text that I had been assigned a clinician. Went to check with the front desk shortly after and was told they didn't hear my name. After another four hours come to find out I had been removed from the system. 9 hours of sitting and suffering in the ER for no reason. This is a random Tuesday, if they dont have the beds and staff for a random weeknight then what is going to happen in a real disaster or emergency? Save your time. The 1 star rating is for a reason. It's hard to get that low, even for emergency rooms.

Was sent to the Emergency Room by Patient First to get a Cat-Scan on my stomach. After getting the cat- scan done I waited 2 hours just to get the results and I had to ask the nurse when I was going to get them. I was at the ER for 4 hours just to get a Cat- Scan done.
