Was sent to the Emergency Room by Patient First to get a Cat-Scan on my stomach. After getting the cat- scan done I waited 2 hours just to get the results and I had to ask the nurse when I was going to get them. I was at the ER for 4 hours just to get a Cat- Scan done.

Check in around 4:18am was seen rather quickly. It’s the diagnosis that made this one star. I told the physician that my child has a white spot back of her throat, eye pain, stomach pain and hip pain. The physician tells me not sure what’s caused it but my child has a viral infection. Not helpful at all, didn’t prescribe antibiotics, nothing for the fever. My child clearly has viral illness but you don’t know the cause and just send us on our way.

Went to the er on 10/1 because my son hurt his arm and needed X-rays done. We were triaged and sent back to the room fairly quickly. In the room we waited 4.5 hours with one nurse check in. By then, my son’s pain meds started to wear off so I asked the nurse for Tylenol. An hour later and I got no response. When I looked out the door for an update the nurse rudely responded “do you need something?”
By then the doctor was in sight but stood outside our room for 30 mins talking to co workers and typing. Never once popped in or at least ordered X rays so we can get the ball rolling. After being there since 12am, I finally grabbed my son and started to walk out. As we’re walking, the doctor finally says “I was just about to come in”
Too late. Worst experience I have ever had at an er visit. I felt my son’s needs were ignored and for that I will never go back.
