- DKD KNov 2, 20201.0Was seeing Dr. Andrews at this location after he left his previous location. He was very unhelpful, judgmental and had an attitude. He wasn't always like that he was actually quite on point in the beginning. Asked to be seen by a new doctor and Harford Primary Care literally forced me to choose between staying with a doctor who made me feel uncomfortable and didn't accomplish anything or completely leave their practice. So I left.
