- ABApril BOct 27, 20251.0Have been a long time patient way back when they first open as a teen. Love the drs, however their office manager and front end need to change. To tell me that I am wrong, it’s not their job to call the insurance company and I won’t be seen regardless it is showing I am covered by Dr. Moreland… is ridiculous! Which my insurance is card and PP has it listed as coverage as well. They have a really crappy attitude! They seem to be bothered when talking to patients over the phone.

Can’t get anyone to respond to a miscoding error on a bill from last year used to call and get to speak with a person in the office. Now it’s a call center and when you relay a message you get a canned answer. I will be looking for another Dr it’s a shame because I really liked it there.

I got switched to this practice when my original practice at UC closed suddenly. When I called for an appointment I was told I would be a new patient which makes no sense because they had my records and I always saw a different doctor at the other practice anyway due to the revolving door at Upper Chesapeake. So fine, ill be a new patient. But that involves making a first appt where the doctor will ask you some questions. And then you'll come back a second time to actually be seen. Again, fine, but can we do the questions over the phone or virtual? No. Again, fine.... well we are scheduling four months out so... omg, never mind. One thought, you might not be so backed up if you didn't require pointless q & a appt's for everyone. Not worth the hassle, I went elsewhere that is not associated with UC.
