After undergoing several surgeries, this experience was the most traumatic due to the negligence I faced, which nearly cost me my life; I stopped breathing multiple times and experienced uncontrollable shaking upon waking from an allergic reaction to the medication. I strongly recommend seeking a different gynecology office, as this one lacks empathy and seems more interested in prescribing medications than in patient care. During my recent surgery, I was unaware that students would be involved, and they used a vaginal manipulator without my consent, resulting in severe pain, vaginal bleeding, and an inability to urinate for hours. The discomfort persisted for days, and I suffered from excruciating urination and extensive bruising across my abdomen due to their rough handling. They provided soap for pre-surgery use but failed to give proper instructions, leading to discoloration to my vagina. When I raised my concerns, they merely rescheduled my post-operative visit and later suggested I seek care elsewhere. If you value your health and time, I strongly advise against choosing this office.
