    The Warby Parker in Harbor East is a must visit. I made an appointment and they were on time, it was a great exam experience. The associate who helped with glasses greeted me right away, had the most impeccable style, and immediately assessed what I needed. I loved everything he helped me find. 100/10

    Excellent experience. Was able to find street parking right outside the door. Everyone was friendly from the moment I walked in. The doctor answered all my questions, the gentleman at the register explained all my cost efficient options and I was done before my meter expired.

    I came into the store today in Harbor East and there was 4 employees working. One of the employees were helping a couple. One other employee spoke to me and pointed out where the regular glasses were located. I was in the store at least 30 minutes before anyone on the floor ever looked my way to inquire if I needed help. When a employee started answering my questions, he did seem to pleased to assist me. Whenever I picked up a pair of glasses and placed them back on the shelf and would go behind me to straighten the glasses. I felt like the employees did not what me in the store and they really wasn't thrilled to assist me. That was my impression. I will not purchases glasses from that store again.
