My experience at this urgent care was phenomenal from the front desk staff to the Medical Assistant, to the provider Wendy Carr PA-C their kindness and knowledge was exceptional, in every detail down to the treatment plan. So much better than any urgent I’ve ever been too , it didn’t take 2 hours but only 30 minutes . In and out.

HOSTILE, NEGLIGENT, AND UNPROFESSIONAL - DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE I am writing this on behalf of my wife, and I cannot stress enough: DO NOT bring your loved ones to this urgent care center. The service and professionalism have completely dissolved. My wife's recent experience was appalling, from the unbelievable wait time to the final, hostile interaction with a staff member. Inexcusable Wait Time & Denied Necessary Care Despite the facility being nearly empty, my wife waited an unbelievable amount of time just to be seen. The lack of respect for patients' time, especially when they are in pain, is shocking. She was there for a painful UTI infection. This is a simple medical issue that requires immediate treatment. Not only did the provider make her feel completely dismissed, but they refused to give her the basic antibiotics and the appropriate preventative medication she needed. She was denied the most standard treatment for this condition—something she has never been denied before for a UTI. Watching her suffer unnecessarily because of this negligent care is infuriating. Absolutely Shocking Behavior from Staff The low point of the entire visit came when my wife, politely trying to advocate for her own health, requested to speak with the physician again to understand why she was being denied standard medication. The response from the Physician Assistant (PA) was beyond unacceptable. Instead of responding with decency, the PA was outright rude and then had the audacity to aggressively slam the door in her face. This level of hostile behavior from someone in a healthcare setting is a massive liability and a total disgrace. This is not how you treat a patient—let alone any human being. This location used to be reliable, but based on this experience, the standards have completely collapsed. If you need efficient, compassionate, or even just basic medical care, go anywhere else.

Wendy Carr, PA-C was completely horrible and did nothing during my visit, she talked to me for 1 minute, she told me to follow-up with my pcp and began dismissing me as if visit was over. Then, I asked her to do different test that I had to describe to her, she gave me the test in my hand and said nothing other than handing it to me, I asked her for directions which she very unclearly gave and said nothing about returning to room, I asked if she would prescribe an antibiotic or painkiller she said no I went to do swab. I’m pretty sure I have an infection bc I take multiple immunosuppressants and asked for antibiotics she refused and suggested I go to my primary care doctor as if this isn’t urgent care on a Sunday and I am in pain. I am allergic to NSAIDs and my chart says it and she tried to prescribe me ibuprofen! I should have let her then sued. Finally, I look at my chart notes and she bold face lies about the encounter, leaves out important details regarding my symptoms, there are typos, she says I took no meds when I told her and the kind nurse I took Tylenol. Such terrible experience smh. She claims she or someone asked me to return to room when no one did, and I sat in lobby waiting to speak with her after asking front desk if she would talk to me more. She never comes out office to me, goes in a different room I approach her asking if she is going to do anything to help me, she dismisses my pain and request, I ask her her name, and she goes in another door closing the door in my face. This was one of the worst medical experiences I have had in my life.
