I was a kidney donor many years ago and now have a problem. I cannot get anyone to call me back from the transplant coordinators office. I am now trying the patient advocacy office for help

Post-transplant, this is the WORST place. No one checks labs, no one answers phones at the Transplant Office (even before COVID), and when you get an appointment, you have to wait 2-4 hours for the doctor to decide to show up. But they sure are quick with their billing. Transplant was great but after 5 years, good luck!

The clinic doctors seem thorough, and listen well. Support staff is usually effective and pleasant, but not all the nurse coordinators are all that good.
