  Appointment was at 12:00pm, it’s now 1:33pm and have not been seen! We will NEVER comeback to this location EVER again. Woman working at the front looks at YOU like SHE’S confused, when you ask her how much longer the wait will be when you’ve already been sitting here for two hours (because check in time said 30 mins prior to appointment). SCREW THIS FACILITY.

  Waited 4 months to get an appointment, our appointment was set for next week. We get a call today that they are cancelling our appointment and don’t have anything now until November!!! They don’t take medical needs seriously! My husband is having heart issues and has been waiting so long for answers! This is unacceptable!

  Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get an appointment. I've been trying to make an appointment for an HSG for months, and they keep telling me they don't have an appointment. I can call next month. The person who answers is very insensitive. It's a shame the service is so poor. I wish they'd understand that I can't keep calling every month until they want to see me. I hope they see this and can support me.

  RUDE RUDE Rude the unprofessional ladies that answer the phone should be ashamed of themselves! Ppl call need your help not to be told you don’t know who your talking to. Majority of calls you won’t know who’s talking until confirming name and date of birth instead just loud conversations in the background to the point they can’t even schedule an appointment over the phone. My order was in the system a simple look up and problem solved instead nasty rude attitude instead bc I mentioned a loud background and maybe that’s why she couldn’t hear me. Please start changing or training staff ppl come for care not rudeness if your going to be nasty the healthcare field is not for you bc there is no patient care and no regard/remorse for patients. We start at the front desk it is a reflection of your office and those young ladies are not a great reflection of this office at all
