Has a very convenient, large waiting area for small or large groups in a large atrium. Good food and drink choices too.

They saved my life! I was treated with respect, care, and a sense of urgency. 14 days in the Neuro ICU and each and every nurse assigned to me was phenomenal. They recognized it was the scariest moment of my life, and made sure I never felt alone. I don’t like to put names out there but my ladies know who they are! I truly love you all. And to my Neuro team of Drs, PAs, CRNPs, CRNAs, surgeons, and my techs thank you, thank you, thank you. I will be forever grateful for the care bestowed upon me. But one last thing…don’t throw away (dread)locs during surgical procedures when you need to shave heads! They are our real hair and we actually can reattach them. Just a learning moment for your future encounters with patients who have locs.

I underwent sinusitis surgery for the 2nd time at this place (the 1st is different), and I am extremely grateful for the quality of care provided. The ENT's was thorough in the diagnosis, patiently answering all my questions and explaining the procedure in detail. On the day of surgery, the medical team ensured I felt safe and well-prepared. Post-operative care was excellent, nurses also monitored my condition closely and offered helpful guidance for home recovery. The environment was quite clean, organized, and calming. My breathing has significantly improved, and the discomfort I previously experienced from chronic sinusitis is gone. I truly appreciate the professionalism and compassion shown by everyone involved

I have never been to such a dirty hospital. The public areas, the DiPaula waiting lounge, the benches, all filthy. The custodians dump the trash and leave the bag in……in a hospital. The furniture is filthy and worn out. The magazines are filthy…so much show that the are discolored. Even the cement side tables/poorly executed flowerbeds are filthy. Veneer, which is sharp, coming off of tables, sticky film on everything. Trash on benches all day. The floors….filthy. Every handle, seat , everywhere. Clean the damn hospital.
