I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital with Dr. Ankita Taneja and the staff. The service was extremely poor, and I felt completely overlooked. Dr. Ankita didn’t make any effort to help me, and instead of addressing me directly, she mainly asked my boyfriend questions and never once asked how I was feeling. She later returned only to tell me I was “good to go,” without explaining what was wrong with me or even sharing my test results. Also, they had the EKG stickers on me and made me remove them by myself. Overall, I left feeling ignored, dismissed, and without any clarity about my health. I do not recommend this hospital, and to finish it i was in the pediatric center , if this how they treat kids than that’s terrible.

We had such a fantastic first visit with Dr. Paula G. Newton, the Endocrinologist, and her team! My 9-year-old daughter expressed how positive her experience was, which truly compelled me to write this review. She immediately recognized their professionalism.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and a very friendly demeanor by Ms. Carla. She immediately made my daughter feel comfortable, gave her a sweet compliment, understood we arrived early, and truly made us feel welcomed for our first visit. Summer at the front desk was also friendly and attentive, making the initial check-in smooth.
Ms. Carla & Summer: Their warmth at the front desk set the perfect tone for our entire visit.
The medical assistant, Sondra, had a warm, friendly approach. I loved how she interacted with my daughter and even took her height three times to ensure accuracy.
Sondra: Her patience and thoroughness with my daughter were genuinely appreciated.
Samantha, the Nurse Practitioner, was just wow, wow, wow! She was incredibly detailed and engaged. You could tell she genuinely enjoys her job, and she was very personable and friendly. She never rushed us and listened intently to all my concerns. Samantha also explained in detail the appointments moving forward, and who would be meeting with our daughter – she's just a fabulous nurse. My daughter specifically highlighted her wonderful personality. Judy, the other Nurse Practitioner, was also friendly and attentive, reflecting the high standard of care.
Samantha & Judy: Their ability to connect, detailed approach, and clear communication regarding future steps made a significant impression.
Dr. Newton is the type of doctor everyone should have. Her listening ear, attentiveness, and deep understanding of her medical profession as an Endocrinologist were evident. As a dad, I truly feel she's what our young girls need. She was extremely attentive and listened to all our concerns, was incredibly thorough and patient, and I particularly appreciated how she directly addressed my daughter as the patient. My daughter also specifically highlighted Dr. Newton's wonderful personality.
Dr. Newton: Her empathetic and thorough approach made us feel completely confident and cared for.

Hospital definitely not recommend to give birth at. &the nicu RN’s are literally the worst. I recommend going to an actual children's hospital where they specialize in certain things like the nicu. Don’t trust this hospital.
