Was in excruciating pain and turned away bc I was ten minutes late due to all the street construction detours In the city after I was told I had a 15 minutes grace period. The incompetent staff needs to be retrained to give out the correct information. I've been a pt of umms for over 20 years abd should have been accommodated a little better but I can guarantee if I was a white woman they would have pulled some strings for me to still been seen. Go where you are accepted and treated well with courtesy and kindness. Also you will not be assigned with a doctor you will only see residents and its never the same one. What a joke!!

I was given an expectation that my the doctor would be only a few minutes by the receptionist. However, I wasn’t properly checked in tbh i still don’t understand how someone dropped the ball with this simplistic task. But, as a result I waited over a hour in the lobby which is highly in acceptable since if i was 10-15 mins late I am sure they wouldn’t have wanted to see me and or reschedule my visit . I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FACILITY and THE STAFF HERE. just to see Dr.Mclopine for only about 20 mins everyone apologize but a sorry doesn’t return my missed time or validate my parking since the receptionist deck was closed when I finally left my appointment and I wasn’t able to get any blood work done that same day due to the time that was WASTED and take off a whole both revisit 419 redwood on while both

I’ve waited almost an hour to be seen and my service is always rushed. It’s a waste of time because I always feel like I could’ve went without out the appointment.
