As a women this would be by far the worst clinic you could suggest. Doctors are unorganized and the recipients is biased to what they want to hear. They lack mannerisms and respect for the most part. I wouldn’t recommend this office to my worst enemy!

I’ve had four visits here and 3/4 have been honestly been awful experiences. I would honestly not recommend them at all. The location and lack of parking is honestly a terrible place for a primary care office. The facility, as a whole, seems either very unorganized, not all properly trained, or just that understaffed. A couple of the doctors have terrible bedside manner and their inability to properly listen caused a few different issues(including an infection that had the doctor listened to me would have gone away in about five days but turned into 5 weeks). It’s truly unfortunate because I was hoping it’d be a good place. As a woman, I would no recommend a place where all but one of my visits left me feeling dismissed and like the doctor talked at or over me or a decision was made about my health by a doctor who never saw me OR a doctor who saw me for five minutes and talked over me and at me. A recent survey by Psychology Today said that out of 900 women 1/5 feel dismissed when going to the doctor. This clinic is one of those clinics and needs to do better. Out of the 7 different doctors(both residents and doctors) I’ve seen only three of them listened to me. Also, from an administrative perspective my experience with University of Maryland has been a nightmare.

If you are single mom or anyone who may not have 12 dollars to pay for parking every doctor visit and that with the parking validation, I would not go here , and I have been going there 23 years now , and it just started with no parking out front unless you’re lucky and you still have to pay a meter for that and I was still trying to stay with them but I went there told them everything that was going on and they wanted to take some test , ok sounds good well there like you have to walk up to the up the next block after I had been there for two hours and talking to my doctor but the doctor don’t test for anything they will tell you to walk up the lab oh and when you’re done there you have to back the doctors office to validate your parking after validation you have 30 minutes to get out or you’ll be paying 17 in parking.. just a little a warning cause you wouldn’t know til you got there, they don’t tell you any of that when you make the appointment.. I think this should be posted somewhere so people know before showing up with not enough money..

Made an appointment for the flu shot for 1200 and 1215 appointment (show up at 1200) but the line is so long, and only one administrator working for the customers waiting for checking in. She was extremely slow processing our appointments. Later she said I missed the clinic time because it’s 12:17 and making me to come back next week 🤦🏻♀️ I immediately regret making an appointment there, so I go home make an appointment at different pharmacy instead. Wound never recommend here
