- AAA C (AC)Feb 9, 20255.0Visited this location January 2025 for a fasting glucose test after multiple unsuccessful attempts with Baltimore County Labcorp sites. I was thoroughly impressed with the phlebotomy skills of "Nicole B." I've been getting routine preventative lab work done for years and I must say the reception staff along with the phlebotomy staff went above and beyond. Kudos to the team!!!!
- RBrita boatengOct 8, 20241.0Customer care service is very poor. i made a transaction which declined on their payment portal but the money was deducted from my account. my bank needs a statement from them and its been 3 weeks.

I am truly happy that customer service addressed my issues quick and easy . Thank you !
- JJJoeFeb 11, 20201.0TRASH SERVICE. FPI billed the WRONG insurance company and passed it onto debt collections right away, even without contacting me to see if anything is wrong. Called billions of times to resolve this issue and been told it's all taken care of but it has not yet been resolved. I STILL keep getting calls from the collection agency for something I have done NOTHING wrong to. STAY AWAY. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.
