What the doctors say and what the billing department does is completely disconnected. The physicians association has horrible billing practices and their “costumer service” team is unable to help over the phone, they sadly don’t even have an office that you could go to speak to someone! I’ve never given any place a one star but would give them a zero if I could.

- JJJoeFeb 11, 20201.0TRASH SERVICE. FPI billed the WRONG insurance company and passed it onto debt collections right away, even without contacting me to see if anything is wrong. Called billions of times to resolve this issue and been told it's all taken care of but it has not yet been resolved. I STILL keep getting calls from the collection agency for something I have done NOTHING wrong to. STAY AWAY. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.
