I’m reading the negative reviews and find it hard to believe that I’ve had SUCH a different experience. Unfortunately I’ve been here many times over the last while and everyone has been amazing. From the admin staff
to the medical. Especially Dr. Horan and Dr. Allen (think he’s a resident). So kind so patient and helpful. I truly appreciate their efforts on my behalf

The office staff is disorganized, incompetent, and rude. I've had two appointments that I had to wait 3-5 months each to get, only to be told when I get there that the doctor I'm scheduled to see doesn't take my insurance. There has also been a ton of confusion about referrals, how many appointments to make, and which insurance (medical vs. vision) to bill. One staff member will tell me one thing and another will tell me something different. I even had some of it in writing in MyChart messages, but then another staff member told me that was wrong and I shouldn't have listened to the person who messaged me on MyChart because they were an assistant and not the doctor. I wasted months waiting for this appointment and now I'll have to wait several months more to find another doctor who can see me.

I love this place they saved my eyesight! Thanks to all the doctors there especially Dr Taubenslag! He is awesome! I had retinal detachment he did surgery ASAP and saved my eye. I have cataract and glaucoma and visit 3 to 4 times a year. yes it's very busy and sometimes a wait but it's all worth it! The staff is excellent!

The young lady I spoke with on the phone this morning 12/11/18 at around 1145 am, I believe she said her name was Ryan, she was very short and slightly abrasive, hardly gave me anytime to answer the questions that she asked me. It deterred me from making an appointment at the time even though I really need one. The young lady should work on her patience, especially if she is in customer service. I'm really glad this was a phone conversation versus face to face and I was able to just end the call.
