I’m reading the negative reviews and find it hard to believe that I’ve had SUCH a different experience. Unfortunately I’ve been here many times over the last while and everyone has been amazing. From the admin staff to the medical. Especially Dr. Horan and Dr. Allen (think he’s a resident). So kind so patient and helpful. I truly appreciate their efforts on my behalf

The office staff is disorganized, incompetent, and rude. I've had two appointments that I had to wait 3-5 months each to get, only to be told when I get there that the doctor I'm scheduled to see doesn't take my insurance. There has also been a ton of confusion about referrals, how many appointments to make, and which insurance (medical vs. vision) to bill. One staff member will tell me one thing and another will tell me something different. I even had some of it in writing in MyChart messages, but then another staff member told me that was wrong and I shouldn't have listened to the person who messaged me on MyChart because they were an assistant and not the doctor. I wasted months waiting for this appointment and now I'll have to wait several months more to find another doctor who can see me.

The doctors are excellent . They all kind professional. They have saved my eyesight. I have retinal detachment, Glacoma, cataracts. I have had two eye surgeries. I give them an A+ They take their times to check ur eyes. I don’t feel rushed. My eyesight is 20/25. I only have to wea reading glasses. Thank you 🙏 Ms. Janice Bristol

Your phone number does not work. This is the only way to get in touch with your business, and it hasn’t worked for days. Do not go here - customer service is non-existent.

Dr. Levin is very gifted in what she does, but when I think about her, it’s not the amazing job that she’s done to correct my vision that comes to mind first. Instead, what often plagues me to this day is how terrible she made me feel each and every time I went to see her. If she could just be a lot more compassionate towards patients like myself then she’d be outstanding in my opinion.
