This is the worst hospital I have ever been too… I had no choice to come cause my orthopedic surgeon is only licensed to operate at this hospital… I had to have 2 toes amputated… I couldn’t walk and I was left for hours with no help to the bathroom… I finally just attempted to use the bathroom on my own cause I couldn’t hold it any longer… needless to say I fell badly … I pulled the emergency string in the bathroom… they took 20 minutes of me laying on the ground in the bathroom before someone came to check on me… a nurse not mine at the time came .. was so rude had such a awful attitude… said to me what do you expect me to do??? I can’t pick you up… had to wait another 30 minutes for my male nurse to come and he brought a tech to finally help me up… I was in so much pain the doctor came and said she would increase my pain medication I waited over 24 hours of me constantly asking had she changed it yet… got excuses after excuses… finally I just left MIA … against medical advice… they didn’t even care I was leaving… smh … didn’t try to stop me or help change my mind … I Have to come here next Thursday to get another Toe amputated and I’m dreading it so badly… I wish I could go somewhere else anywhere else would be better then here… I wouldn’t even bring my pets here … I wish they would shut this hospital down… Iv read years of reviews on this hospital and how badly people are treated there care is the worst and yet nothing is being done cause up to now things are the same if not worse … I pray my experience next week is not the same and I can be treated decently

I want to say thank you to the entire staff on the day of 10/21/2025. I had my surgery there. We arrived at 5:50am and we were greeted. The waiting area was clean and smelled good. We were taken to the next part at 6:00am, everyone in that office was sweet. Taken upstairs to the fourth floor, more positivity and the lady at the desk was just a pleasure. Get to the back I had the time of my life, I’m mad I cannot remember her name but she made me feel so much better as I’ve never had no surgery ever in my life. Had me laughing. My doctor was Dr. Mark and when I tell you I am grateful and thankful for her expertise and caring and kindness. Any questions I had, she answered. She never made me feel like a burden. She reassured me everything would be ok and I’d be good to go in about two-three days. I was out….. woke up to the young lady and my daughter. I just wanted to say thank you ti every single person on that day. God bless you all.

WORST hospital EVER.... My sister had to be admitted for several days for massive boils on the side of her body, breast, and under her arms. She had to have these boils surgically cleaned out and closes up, and couldn't stand to have anything touch her skin whatsoever...which WAS ok with the nursing staff at first. We've been checking my sister's online medical chart for updates on her progress, and we saw that one nurse specifically actually TATTLED on my sister in her chart, saying her breasts were exposed, and when to put a gown on, she "said she was in too much pain and started to cry"...like she's NOT SUPPOSED TO CRY OR BE IN PAIN?!?! And since when do adults TATTLE on each other??? And my sister's wounds were still VERY raw and bloody, VERY sensitive... and this nurse TATTLED on her, like she was actually TRYING to expose herself?!?! UNBELIEVABLE.....

I’m happy to say THANK YOU TO THE registration check in, OR surgery, recovery room , and the 4th Floor North team. I have never gone through admission and registration of a hospital so fast before. It was amazing and friendly. Surgery was 5 1/2 hours long so THANK YOU to the surgeons and staff who help with my long surgery. Everyone was friendly and helpful every step of the way. The fourth floor team who helped with all my care after surgery were amazing. They took their time with me and made sure i had everything i needed. It is hard to remember everyone but i need to make a few call outs to Tynaya who thought of ever little detail to help with my recovery. Grace and Sade who tried so hard to get my meds straightened out. Soma and Felicia thank you for all your help and trying to make me feel better. Jovy welcomed me on my first night after surgery when i really was in a lot of pain. Jovy and Tynaya really made me feel better and took excellent care of all my needs. All with a smile and attitude of this was their normal way they help all patients. It really made my recovery easier. Shawna was always helpful. I also want to shout out how kind the PT AND to OT teams are. Creative and there to help in every way. Thank you to the pharmacist who visited me upon my discharge. BIG BIG Thank you to Miriam the Physician Assistant who helped get me discharged much quicker than i thought possible. There are car many others who helped in dietary, who tried hard to get the foods i enjoy. Plus the housekeeper who helped clean my room with a smile when i was feeling lousy. All staff asked if I needed anything more. Even when it wasn’t their job to do what I asked. Thank You to the security and check in people. All were super friendly. Even though my surgery was difficult and painful I appreciated all those that tried to make it easier on me and my family. THANK YOU!
