Space is very clean and new. Staff are friendly and helpful. No long wait times. The lab is on the same floor which is convenient. The parking garage is connected directly to the elevators which makes it a short distance to walk. Providers take their time to listen and they make sure any issues I have are met before I leave the office. They offer a lot of community resources and have very affordable produce/fruits and vegetables on Friday's on the lower level. If I have trouble with transportation, they will find a way to help me get to my appointments. If I have trouble organizing and understanding how to take my medications, there is a pharmacist who can assist me with this. I highly recommend this clinic.

I went here a bit over a month ago to receive emergency care because I was in so much pain. The way that I was treated by the staff was horrible. The doctor told me that being in pain wasn't an emergency, I had to cover up with my coat while in a hospital gown, because no one including the nurse, offered me a blanket, no blood work was done, but they did assume it was Covid related even though I tried to tell them it wasn't. My Covid test was negative just like I told them it would be. The made me feel as if my life was not important and the way the doctor had spoken to me, as if he had an attitude, I had to ask him if he was prejudice. I left there and went to Bayview where I was treated very well and received the care I needed because I did have an infection inside my body. I called the next day to file a complaint with Patient Advocacy but to this day, not a soul has called me with a follow-up.
