Horrible place! For one I wouldn't believe all of the five-star reviews after the way I was treated, the staff did not even care about what I was saying and they didn't even let me talk to the doctor. For one I was given the wrong name and location and by the time I realized and called I was able to make it here about 9 minutes late. When I put the address in while I was on the phone I told them are you guys closing at 3:00 because I want to make sure that I can make it here and they1 told me on the phone I had a 15 minute grace. When I walked in she said that the doctor wouldn't see me because I'm his last patient of the day and I'm going to have to reschedule. Mind you I'm walking around for almost 2 months on what appears to be a stress fracture that an x-ray is not picking up and my foot is double the size of my other foot and I can't even wear a shoe even tho it's getting cold and I've been waiting for this appointment all week. She would not let me talk to the doctor, she also did not seem to care about the 15-minute grace period and I had her go talk to the doctor again because don't tell me I have a 15 minute grace period and give me the wrong name and the wrong address and then act like it's my fault. What is wrong with you?! Then she said "oh no he's not going to see you you're going to have to reschedule", but it's like if you really think that I'm going to reschedule with this office after you just acted and refused to see me they're crazy! Also after all the back and forth in the two times talking to the doctor he could have just seen me! I get that I was late, but it wasn't my fault they told me a totally different name! They told me it was Foot and Ankle Specialists of the Mid-Atlantic and this place is called Plaza Podiatry and that they're just affiliated, well why would you leave a message on my phone saying that you are foot and ankle specialist of the Mid-Atlantic in Columbia?!?! It makes no sense!! I can't take this pain in my foot anymore and now this doctor is refusing to see me! I mean that's not how you treat people, don't give somebody a grace period and then say Oh but you're my last patient I don't feel like being here, well I don't feel like being at work either but I go because I have to! You're a doctor, don't you take a Hippocratic oath to help people? Anyways I would steer clear of this place because they clearly do not know what the heck they're doing! Also you guys should probably change the name on your voicemail and on your appointment reminders if your name is actually Plaza Podiatry if that's what you're called! And you should tell your call centers not to tell people that they have a 15 minute grace period if you're not going to honor it because it's wrong! I could see if I was a half an hour late or even 20 minutes late but 9 minutes?!?! I need an MRI all you had to do is see me and order an MRI that's it, it didn't need to be any more complicated than that I just need help and you're not a very good doctor if you won't help people.

Office could use a decoration upgrade to make it more attractive and comfortable. Reception was quick and professional. Dr Kashan was polite and answered all my questions, explained results of my xray completely, and arranged for a follow up. Overall great experience!

I came in with two ingrown toes. I was hurting so bad and couldn't wear closed shoes. Dr. Carter looked at my feet and told me what was going on with my toes. She went to work on my toes, and of course it hurt some . She would ask if I was alright while she clipped my nails. I felt so much better when she was done.. I would recommend anyone to check them out.
