  BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I have lived in the neighborhood for years and have been here a few times over the years. I went here a few days ago for an ingrown nail that I was afraid would need to be cut out. The front desk people were extremely rude and lacked customer service skills. They were also on their phones and talking loudly. The tech who took my vitals was also not friendly and didn’t even know what I was there for. The doctor that I saw said he wasn’t able to cut it out and wasn’t “qualified for that”. He proceeded to say he didn’t think it was ingrown and was just infected. He said he would order antibiotics for me, gave me some bacitracin and sent me on my way. I then waited for my script to be written in a waiting area and the doctor had said “they’ll see you soon” Nobody came to talk to me. I had to stop someone that walked by to finally get my script. I get to my house and realized they had printed my discharge papers from 2018 when I had an ear infection and came there. So it was the wrong encounter and the wrong meds for me. The staff here seemed completely incompetent, unprofessional and unhappy to be there. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I didn’t even get the correct meds for this visit and thankfully I didn’t really end up needing them. Do not go here!!!!! This place has gone downhill!!! Find a better place that actually cares. I would give 0 stars but that wasn’t an option

  I want to shoutout these beautiful young ladies Joh’nae , Tynia, AJ , & De’asia . I had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The wait time was short, and the providers listened to my concerns and took care of everything quickly. I really appreciate how efficient and caring they were. Highly recommend!

  This place has discriminatory practices and that being said it’s not always about race in this case it’s about your weight in June of 2024 I had a DOT physical exam and was given a 2 year card now granted I’ve had weight loss surgery I was just outta of work this year due to a auto accident so my job requires a new physical exam after being out longer than 90 days I take a new DOT physical exam on 11/10/2025 and only get a 3mo card and was told to do a sleep study which I was told to do in 2024 when I did I intake for the study I was told I didn’t met the requirements because of weight loss surgery and I am not of any medication and was 12 pounds lighter then when I took the physical exam in 2024.

  My first visit I arrived at 430am with the intention to have things completed before work in the AM. I waited 3 hours and had to leave as no one was ready to assist for the screening portions. I returned a few days later and waited about 2 hours but was able to be seen and have my things completed. So to say they are truly 24 hours is misleading because they are not fully staffed for all functions for 24 hour processing.

  This place is beyond ghetto. My services kept being on paused because the potluck they were having on Thursday (10/30/25) was more important than my physical. The workers carried on so many personal conversations that I could tell you who wasn’t talking to who. You could tell that they really didn’t want to be on the clock. My whole experience had me leaving irritated and that’s not how I showed up. The only good part was the young lady that checked me in, she was pleasant and very helpful. I wish I could remember her name. Unless your job sends you to this location (arbutus), go to another one. 10 out of 10, I don’t recommend.
