It’s obvious he’s there to do a job but he cares absolutely NOTHING about patients. His responses are so nonchalant and not caring at all. That doctor is the VERY REASON why I would NEVER recommend this clinic nor give 5 stars! 4 stars are DEFINITELY going to the STAFF! They’re amazing! Prayerfully that doctor is retiring SOON!

I have yet to come to this location and be greeted, heard (not having to repeat myself over and over) and something rude done. When as a simple excuse me would have surficed. But every single male interaction I've witnessed over the years is nothing but kindness. Additionally this is the same location that 'left the blood work out too long and called days later to retake test' . I gave the date I could because I had no leave at work and pinning projects off-site. It was 3 days later within that 3 days someone at this location told my company that I refused to come. With lead to a he said/she said debate and corporate getting involved. I don't want to go into the several discussions in the room while you are taking the hearing test. Every single year they have me fill out paperwork that matches exactly the online link they send. Nothing changed. Also no one else is filling a thing out and they have the same tests. They take there sweet time giving me the paper work as well. Just unprofessional.
