I arrived close to closing time around 4:45 pm even though the office closes at 5:00 pm, and the staff especially Zak still welcomed me without hesitation. They were courteous, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. I was able to complete both my drug test and physical, and everything was handled quickly. I was in and out in about an hour. I really appreciate their dedication and willingness to assist me even so close to closing time. Excellent service all around!
