If I were rating based on the actual care providers it would have five stars. They're so kind and helpful. But the operations are so poor that it ruins the patient experience. I received mammogram results in my portal on a Friday afternoon that essentially said "hey you might have cancer so we need to do more imaging" with no follow-up call. Then it took three business days (after a weekend of worrying) to get a call back. All I learned from that call was that I needed orders from my primary, which could have been communicated in the first place. Now, another two business days and multiple voicemails have passed since my provider sent the orders and I can't get a call back. So I still don't have follow-up imaging scheduled nor have I spoken to a provider who can explain further that they saw on my mammogram. This is atrocious patient care. Fix it.

Had a mammogram on 11/14/24. Received a notice that there was an abnormality found in my right breast. Called for follow up. I was told no available appointment until January 2025. Now I am to understand that this was concerning and yet I am to wait almost 3 months for a follow up. Anything could happen. This truly disturbs me. And the response when I brought the wait time to them was to say, they are short staffed. This really is unacceptable...I don't care whose facility it is. There is stress associated with this. My mom had breast cancer and it grew fast. She lost her fight. Very disappointed with how my health is being treated.

Go SOMEWHERE ELSE if at all possible!!! Scheduled for a digital diagnostic mammogram of one breast but got a painful lump in the other breast 2 weeks before the appointment. So another set of updated orders requested including a breast tissue biopsy. Orders were sent and or uploaded for review, but the breast center "couldn't see any updated orders". Meanwhile, still have pain in one breast and an unknown issue with the other. Still in limbo with dishonest medical UNprofessionals having access to my medical records. Update: You know that statement on the wall that says the hospital provides care to all regardless of ability to pay.....well, they didn't want to provide the services to me most likely because they had not yet gotten insurance prior approval by my appointment time. Although I assured the front desk that I would pay out of pocket, if/when necessary, I was severely inconvenienced and still need medical attention. **Update**: As expected, no accountability and no action! "Patient Advocacy" team doesn't need to call me since I called a total of THREE times and have yet to receive a call back. Stop responding to reviews as if you actually care about the patients when your organization's "policies" negate patient satisfaction and care.

I was told that I would be called in 4 days for my biopsy results and no one called. I called them and was told by the receptionist that the doctor said they would called me that day, and I still haven’t heard from the. This is very unprofessional behavior.
