Kimberly, the manager, gave me personal attention. The only thing that sucks is Warby Parker corporate won't let me call the store directly and won't postal mail receipts which I need for taxes. Seriously, whatever you think you saved on a stamp is not worth pissing off a customer.

I’ve ordered Warby Parker’s online for a few years, because they include all the extras free- no charge for non-scratch etc. it’s all included. $95. for most frames, and 15%off for two pair. They service them free in store, anytime. Now I just get my annual check ups there in the store and try on frames, order - and I’m out in less than an hour. They’re quick, professional and it’s all just so easy!

The staff will actually be glad to see you and will help every step of the way. The eye exam was professional and affordable by the sweetest dr ever. I had 100 questions before I ordered my new glasses ,and the manager had the patience of Job and was fun to work with. I got 2 new post caterack perscription glasses , and strongly recommend Walby Parker I have been with them for over a decade.
