I was greeted on the phone with a harsh tone by what sounded like a female. I was yelled at, talked over, and could barely get a word in. I was given no help or answers. Time to find a better pharmacy. Don’t go here because they go out of their way to make it difficult.

This review is based on multiple encounters with this pharmacy and in comparison to other pharmacies that I have used in the past that were much busier yet still had a friendly, responsive staff who would greet you and let you know they would be with you eventually and you matter on some level to them.

They told me my rx would be ready in an hour. 2-1/2 hours later.....nothing. They had a long line, 3 people behind the counter, and still didn’t seem to be in any hurry. I usually go to Giant pharmacy but my dr had sent it to Safeway. NEVER AGAIN. EVER.
