Don’t you dare show up 12 hours early to get medication before a storm or the
pharmacist will scream you down in the middle of the store like a total psycho.
So I went to my doctor today and he put in my prescription today. Because he didn’t say anything, and it had been the right amount of time between my appointments, I thought It was fine. I guess It wasn’t.
So instead of asking me questions about when I saw the doctor, or bothering to notice it was a mere 12 hours too soon and probably nothing more than an honest mistake, The pharmacist started screaming at me in the middle of the store like a psycho! And I mean screaming. Like a child having a temper tantrum.
Then he started giving me dates and I didn’t know what he was talking about so I tried to go back in my calendar. Then I had the wrong month because of course, I’m a nervous wreck bc now a grown man is screaming at me.…. I could see if I was a week or more early. But 12 hours ? Clearly, I was just confused. He was too dense and angry to use any common sense here.
Anyway, I went and tattled to the manager lol. She wanted to go back and fix it for me, but I had meds left for the next couple of days so I just told her don’t worry about it. I certainly didn’t want to deal with him again. He’s clearly mentally unstable. I only went in to get it out of the way before the storm hit in case power went out.
I’ll pick up later this week and then never again. That pharmacist is a ticking time bomb. There’s another review on here speaking to the way they treat their customers and she ain’t lying. This was my second script through them. It’ll be my last.

I moved here in November and have had nothing but bad experiences with this pharmacy. Rude pharmacist who don’t listen to me, and techs who are just as rude when I don’t pick up my stuff same day, (sorry we were out of town for a week), as well as shouting personal health information for everyone around to hear. As someone who worked in pharmacy for twelve years I’m appalled to see customers treated this way and that they are still in fact in business I’ll be moving my medications for next month. Gave you guys many chances and still terrible.
